He began creative activity since 70-es. He is known as a poet who writes in lyrical- psychological style. His poems have been translated into languages of several foreign nations. In his creative work he gave a special place for literary translation. At present, he is high ranked staff at the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
