Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Ministry of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Azerbaijan is central executive body carrying out state policy and regulation at the fields of the country\'s youth, physical education and sport. 

Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan was established by Decree No. 179 of President of Azerbaijan Republic on July 26, 1994.

Ministry executes the duties like growing of the young generation in accordance with strategic policy of social, economic and cultural development, implementation of the policy meeting the democratic development requirements of the society, skills and opportunities of youth, their strength for creative tasks, such as the national state-building.

The ministry implements the national program in the field of physical training.
