State Committee on Property Issues

State Committee of Republic of Azerbaijan on Property Issues was established by Decree of President of Republic of Azerbaijan dated June 24, 2009.  

State Committee of Republic of Azerbaijan on Property Issues is a central executive body implementing state policy and regulation in the field of management of state property, its privatization, and attraction of investments to this field and keeping the state register and unified cadastre of immovable property in Republic of Azerbaijan. 

The Service of State Register of Immovable Property, an executive body providing formation and maintaining of state register is located under the State Committee of Republic of Azerbaijan on Property Issues.
