Jafargulu khan Ahmed khan oglu Dunbili (? -1814) - Lieutenant-General, Sheki khan, who received the first of Khoyski surname.

Jafargulu khan Ahmed khan oglu Dunbili was born in the city of Khoy. He received an excellent education in the palace. He was known by nickname Batmanqilinj. 
For assistance to the Russians in seizure of Irevan in 1804 Jafargulu was given a rank of lieutenant-general and valuable prizes on behalf of Tsar Alexander. After 2 years by  Alexander\'s imperial decree, dated December 10, 1806  he was officially appointed as Sheki khan.
During 1804-1813 the first Russo-Iranian war, Jafargulu khan Dunbilli joined to Russian troops and twas warded with Emperor Alexander I with gold metal decorated expensive brilliant and gold feathers and in 1807 he was given a rank of lieutenant-general and appointed as Sheki khan. After being 8 years as Sheki khan he died in Aug 22, 1814 from heat.
Derivatives of Jafargulu khan with Khoyski surname lived in the Northern Azerbaijan.
