Ali Nazim

He was born in Tabriz. He had been graduated from Leningrad Institute in 1925. He was post graduate student, scientist in Moscow Communist academy. He had worked as scientific secretary of the division of literature and folk art of the USSR,  head of literary division of Azerbaijan Scientific Research Institute and chair head in the Higher pedagogic institute
