Jabir Novruz
Jabir Novruz (1933-2002) - poet, honored art worker.
He is considered to be one of the most prominent authors of modern Azerbaijani poetry. Romantic style was the key direction of his creativity. His public activities are multilateral. He always was an active participant of all socio-political processes at all stages of his life in the country and demonstrated their own intellectual views on the important events. His works have been translated into languages of the peoples of the world. Thanks to his literary translations the readers of Azerbaijan have been acquainted with a number of valuable examples of the world poetry.
