\"For distinction in service of Emergency Situations\" medal

Medal of Azerbaijan Republic “For merits in service in bodies of Emergency Situations of 1st degree consists of round board with 35 mm of diameter, gilded and of round shape and cast of bronze together with narrow board, with national ornament. Front side of the medal is with smooth surface. The second round board has been placed in the centre of the medal. The background of this board is unpolished.  The emblem of the Ministry of Emergency Situations on the garland braided from laurel leaves have been described in the middle of the board in the background of the relief rays. 

Along the top arch between board in the center and inner frames of the medal the national ornament was given and words in down “For merits in service were written on ribbon.   Emblem of Ministry of  Emergency Situations with laurel leaves, ribbon, relief rays, national ornament and background is of golden color and words is of black color. Back side of the medal is of smooth surface, and the emblem of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was engraved in the middle.   Words Azerbaijan Republic in top of the emblem along the arch and words Ministry of Emergency Situations were written below. Two eight-pointed stars have been placed between words. Emblem and words is of relief shape and of golden color. Medal is fixed on dress on right-angled ribbon of size 27 mm x 43 mm with ring and loop, with element. Green stripes of 3 mm of width from edges to center, white stripe of 1 mm of width, orange stripe of 5.5 mm of width and green vertical stripes of 8 mm of width were described on ribbon.   1 yellow color vertical stripes with size of 3 mm informing about the degree on green stripe located in the center has been described. The mould of size 27 mm x 9 mm with coated ribbon with element is added for fixation to dress.
