Day of National flag

Basing on Decree of Mr İlham Aliyev, President of Azerbaijan Republic, and dated Nov 17, 2009 it is noted that every year 9th of November is marked as The State Flag in Azerbaijan. This is connected with the first flag accepted in Nov 9, 1918 by Azerbaijan People Republic. According to Article 105 of Labor Code, this day was included in the list of non-working days. First Day of Flag was marked in Nov 9, 2010.
